Hi Tom,
Thank you for your willingness to help! After Summer Nationals are complete we will send out a Local Organizing Committee agreement to all clubs in the host cities. Remember, you do not need to do everything that is listed in the agreement. We can come up with a compromise that benefits everyone. I look forward to working with you again next season!
